Rackspace wanted to offer its users an enhanced, intuitive, and efficient dashboard for managing their cloud resources. They sought a solution that would simplify complex tasks without compromising on the depth of functionality while integrating dozens of new assets acquired in the early decades of the 21st century.
We analyzed existing usage and prioritized usability, understanding that the stickiness of the tool was so high we could only hurt ourselves. In addition nteractive tutorials were implemented to quickly acclimate new users, complemented by robust analytics and configuration options for more experienced professionals.Developing a user experience that caters to both novice users and seasoned IT professionals, ensuring simplicity without sacrificing comprehensive control over cloud resources.
